Cancellation policy

Charge: 100% of the deposit
- To cancel, email bookings@caneiroslhs.com with your booking reference number (included in the confirmation email). Cancellation must be made in writing, by email.

Early departure & changes
- An early departure fee applies. On arrival, we will confirm your departure date.
- You may change your departure date at no additional cost if your rate allows and if you do so before the end of the arrival day.
- Once your departure date is reconfirmed, if you decide to leave earlier you must pay the early departure fee.
- Any change is subject to availability and may involve rate changes. Bookings can only be modified via bookings@caneiroslhs.com.

Documents & credit card
- Present a document identifying all guests, including children.
- For security reasons, an ID card or official passport with photograph is required.
- At check-in you must present the same credit card used for the booking and prove you are the cardholder; otherwise we will charge the full stay and refund the pre-payment.
- The card stated on the booking must be valid for the whole stay. If it is declined by our system, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Taxes & payments
- Tourist tax: high season from 1 April to 31 October, €2.00 per person per night; low season from 1 November to 31 March, €1.00 per person per night. Applies only to the first 7 nights of each stay and from age 13.
- Tourist tax exemption: children up to age 12.99.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Group bookings
- Bookings of 5 or more rooms should contact bookings@caneiroslhs.com directly — we offer special rates and conditions for groups.
- Bookings of 5 or more rooms made through the website are automatically cancelled.
