Data controller

Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly — name, email, phone and message — through the contact form and newsletter subscription. During the booking process, data is handled by our booking engine (RoomRaccoon). We also collect non-personally-identifying information that the browser makes available (such as browser type, language, referring site and the date/time of access) and data collected through cookies, when you authorise them. This data may be used in aggregate form to improve the site.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to respond to contact and booking requests (pre-contractual measures), to send marketing communications when you subscribe to the newsletter (based on your consent), and to comply with legal obligations applicable to the local accommodation business.

Data sharing
Your data may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf — namely the booking engine (RoomRaccoon), the email delivery service and the website hosting — always within the scope and for the purposes described here. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and only disclose it when required by law or when necessary to protect legitimate rights.
